After a decade with Koenig & Strey, Lena's list of accomplishments include a Chairman’s Award for a large increase in production, a Top 5 Individual Debut Award and many Recognition Awards for being a sales leader in Glenview.
Lena brings true passion and dedication to her work and strives to do everything in her power to help her clients reach their real estate goals. She takes pride in truly listening to her clients’ needs and wants them to be confident throughout the buying or selling process. Lena says, “Selling or buying a home is a stressful time and I know that first hand. I focus on my clients needs and work to make every transaction a positive experience. Home buyers want to be confident they've made an informed decision while home sellers expect the optimum price for their home.”
Years of real estate experience and her resolve to keep pace with market developments expand Lena's credentials. She earned her broker license in 2003, her GRI designation in 2004, and along the way, her SFR designation, and a Chairman’s Award. Lena continues studying real estate, attending seminars, reading relevant market books, and has become expert in short sales and foreclosures.
Her clients are comfortable calling her anytime... often, just to share some personal news or, at times, to clarify a question about real estate. Lena doesn't forget about those she works with after the closing! Lena says, “I love what I’m doing; I’m good at it; I never give up, and I care.”
