She ranks in the top 17% of nationally ranked brokers and consistently among NSBAR’s top 5% by residential sales volume — from entry-level starter homes to eight-figure luxury listings.

Having relocated many times herself, both internationally and locally, Lena understands firsthand how emotional buying and selling can be. Based in Glenview with deep roots across Wilmette and Winnetka, Lena has resided in all three communities and is well versed in the New Trier and Glenview school districts — knowledge grounded in her own children’s experience.

When Lena is not working with clients, she enjoys walking her English bulldog Bruno, practicing yoga, and painting at the North Shore Art League. Fluent in English and Russian, she counts every referral and every repeat client as the real measure of a job well done.
